Helen has been teaching since 1996. She has studied with Erich Schiffmann, Viniyoga with Sri T.K.V. Desikachar & Power yoga with Bryan Kest. She joyfully blends these styles into a purifying & exhilarating Vinyasa Flow practice. Her welcoming approach encourages new discovery and nurtures the spirit within. Jim lived in Bali for 10 years and has been visiting South East Asia for 30 years. He has a BA in Anthropology specializing in Balinese dance, wrote a guide book Bali Impressions of Paradise Suggested Itineraries around the Island. His vast experience with culture of Asia provides the framework to lead unforgettable excursions. In the past two years he has lead five memorable tours to Asia.
